If your Long-Range controller is not connected to the Node anymore, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the Static IP configuration: Make sure the Node has the Static IP option enabled. This is crucial for detecting Long Range controllers.
- Verify network connectivity: Ensure there's a working IP network between the controller, the Node, and your computer.
- Reboot the Node: After making any network configuration changes, reboot the Node to make the new IP visible to the external controllers.
- Use the ProtoPixel Mapping Tool: Open the "Devices" tab in the ProtoPixel Mapping Tool software to see if the Long-Range controller appears there. You should be able to access its configuration page by clicking on it.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, there might be a more complex network problem at play. In that case, you may need to get in touch with our support team for further assistance. You can do this by sending an email to support@protopixel.io.
