How can I perform a Factory Reset on my Gate Casambi?

There are two ways to reset the Gate Casambi to factory settings:

1. Using the Project Tool: Open the Project Tool, go to View > Find Gateways, and select the Gate Casambi you want to reset. Click the three dots next to Details and choose Factory Reset.
2. Using the physical reset button: Open the four screws on the underside of the unit to access the button. Press and hold it for more than 30 seconds. This will restore all settings to factory defaults and completely erase the device memory.

👆🏻 Note: After performing a Factory Reset, the device will need to be configured again.
