If you cannot connect to the drivers from the ProtoPixel Mapping Tool, first of all, make sure that your computer is configured in the same network range as the ProtoPixel products.
If you are using the Mapping Tool on Windows, please follow these steps:
- Select Start, then type settings. Select Settings > Network & internet.
- Do one of the following:
- For an Ethernet network, select Ethernet, then select the Ethernet network you’re connected to. - Next to IP assignment, select Edit.
- Under Edit network IP settings or Edit IP settings, select Manual. To specify IPv4 settings manually:

- Under Edit network IP settings or Edit IP settings, choose Manual, then turn on IPv4.
- To specify an IP address, in the IP address, Subnet mask, and Gateway boxes, type the IP address settings (IP
192.168.133.180, Mask255.255.255.0, Gateway192.168.133.1).

- When you’re done, select Save.
