Requirements

To use the Gate SPI Wireless you will need different tools depending on the type of installation you are working with.

For wireless installations, everything is managed entirely from the Protopixel App. Pairing, configuration, and behaviour management are all handled within the app. You can add up to 12 wireless elements, and they should be placed no more than 10 meters apart to ensure proper connectivity and reliable operation. To use the device correctly, the Protopixel App must be version 25.10 or higher.

In addition, every installation requires a router for wireless communication. The network must support DHCP, operate on Wi-Fi 4 (IEEE 802.11n) or higher, and use a 2.4 GHz frequency band to ensure compatibility with the device.
