Why can't I upload a project to my Brain Experience?

1. Your project has not been exported

Before uploading a project to Brain Experience, you must export it from Mapping Tool as a .ppxexp file.

When uploading the project, make sure you select the exported .ppxexp file rather than the original Mapping Tool project.

2.Your Mapping Tool and Brain Experience versions are incompatible

If you are using Mapping Tool version 26.4.xxxx or later, Brain Experience must also be updated to version 26.4.xxxx or later.

Note: If you prefer not to update Brain Experience, or if your Brain Experience hardware does not support the latest version, you can continue using an older version of Mapping Tool. Follow the instructions here.
