Access the settings via the WebApp
To make changes to the settings of the Duo you will need to Access the WebApp via a browser on your computer or mobile device.
In the Settings Menu you will find the Network Configuration Section
Ethernet MAC address
This is the device’s unique MAC address and is unmodifiable
enable/disable dynamic IP address
This show the current IP address assigned to the Duo. The default IP address for the Duo is 192.168.4.1 which is what it will revert to when the device is Factory Reset .
This is used to either manually configure a static IP address when DHCP is turned off or as a fallback address when DHCP is enable but doesn’t work (e.g. there is no network device in the network that you have connected the Duo to which is assigning DHCP addresses. Changes will not be applied until you reboot
This should be configured to your networks settings when using static IP addresses configured in the Duo the default setting is 255.255.255.0
