Once you’ve created events in the Scheduler, you may occasionally need to make changes or remove them entirely. Whether you're adjusting the time of a one-time action or updating a recurring schedule, the system gives you the flexibility to manage your events easily.
To edit an event, simply open the Scheduler view and click on the event you want to modify. This will open its detail panel, where you can update parameters such as the start time, end time, associated action, target space or installation, and recurrence settings if applicable. After making your changes, save the event to apply the updates.
To delete an event, open its detail panel and select the delete option. You'll be asked to confirm the deletion before the event is removed.
Recurrent Events
For recurring events, editing or deleting has some additional options. When making changes, you'll need to choose how they should be applied:
- This occurrence only: Applies the change or deletion only to the specific instance you selected.
- All occurrences: Applies the change or deletion to every instance in the series.
- This and future occurrences: Affects the selected instance and all upcoming ones, leaving past occurrences untouched.
This level of control allows you to make precise adjustments without disrupting the entire schedule.
Deleting a recurring event will prompt the same choice: you can remove a single instance or the entire series.
These options help ensure that your schedules remain flexible and reflect exactly what you need at any point in time.
