Using the Gate SPI Wireless

To start using the Gate SPI Wireless, you’ll first need to set it up within your installation. This is plug-and-play device and comes with default contents preloaded, so it works immediately for basic use without the need to create or upload recordings. To connect the device, follow the instructions: Connecting to the Gate SPI Wireless.

👆🏻 If you want custom lighting sequences, follow the instructions: Create content recordings for the Gate SPI Wireless. You can create content either before or after adding the device to your installation; the order does not matter.

Once the device is ready, you can continue by designing your installation:

• Create Spaces to organise your elements within the installation.
• Create Moods to define the lighting experiences you want to activate.

If your installation includes an external push button, you can also configure it with Behaviours so that pressing the button triggers specific moods in your installation.
